Summary: Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We received a room upgrade due to a Gold Status with Hotels.com/Expedia. Unfortunately, the transportation arrangement to the airport, that the hotel did for us, did not work as expected. It did not show up as arranged. It was an early flight. None of the hotel staff available during the night shift knew anything about our transportation. None offered any solutions or assistance. The only response we received from all three staff members was: "I don't know anything about your transportation". So, we were left hanging on our own, trying to locate the driver. We did after few attempts. Driver arrived late. But we did not miss our flight. Anyways, it would have been better to use UBER. Other than that, the stay was good.

Summary: If you are planning a trip to Long Beach, California? I recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency. They have professional staff from the Valet's, to the Security, to the Front Desk Representatives, right down to the Bellmen that bring your luggage to your rooms ( please tip them if you can?). The stay was great..

Summary: Perfect location for getting to great sightseeing places by foot, or a short ride. Plenty of choices for meals. Beautiful views. So many amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of places to sit. Would definitely book again!!

Summary: Hotel was nice, clean and location was great. The issue I had was with the hotel bar. We ordered two regular size 10oz Margaritas at the bar. They charged us $24 each. TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS EACH!!!! That was crazy. Total cost for 2 smaller size 10oz Margaritas was $58 dollars including tip. How CRAZY is that!! 1/3 of my hotel stay on 2 miserable margaritas. I will never set foot in that hotel bar ever again!!

Summary: Customer service, bomb. Price, you get what ya pay for. Food was terrible and for the price we paid for it, YIKES! Good thing food is right across the street. Everything but the market/bar. The location for my trip was top notch. Couldn’t have been better. I wish I took Pictures. It was very nice.

Summary: My face was swollen after the first day because of either the feather pillows or the bedding, and I missed some of the event I was attending. After they changed the pillows and the bedding I didn’t have issues We also found ants in the bedroom during our whole stay. For the cost this was not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay here again
